DEWDNEY PLAYERS IS BRINGING SOMETHING NEW TO THE STAGE!
We’re excited to introduce YOUNG DEWDNEY — a brand-new youth theatre production for students in Grades 6–9! (Ages 11-15)
And what better way to launch it than with a MUSICAL?!
There’s just one little detail we’re keeping under wraps…
The title!
Our cast will be the first to find out what musical they’ll be bringing to the stage. Until then, you’ll just have to trust us…

Auditioners should be prepared to:
Perform a comedic monologue of their choice
Prepare a song of their choice
Participate in a cold read from sides provided by the director

REHEARSALS
Rehearsals will take place primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00–5:30 PM.
There will also be a few Monday rehearsals at the same time and two pre-planned Sunday rehearsals from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
THE BIG SHOW
Our production will be presented January 28, 29 & 30, 2027 as part of a brand-new Okotoks Performing Arts Festival!
The complete rehearsal and performance schedule will be provided at auditions.
